Even to enter a coffee shop you have to be at least 18 years old. Tourists can still visit coffee shops in Amsterdam (even after January 1, 2013). Identifying yourself is mandatory. Sale of large quantities of cannabis to coffee shop customers is prohibited

Last weekend in Best in Brabant, the best weed and hash in the Netherlands were honored with the Highlife Cannabis Cup. A fifteen-member jury determined that the Silver Haze from coffee shop Zero Zero from Arnhem is the very best weed in the country. Zero Zero is the coffee shop of Marjolein de Keijzer-van Nimwegen.
